Holiday Peas
This vegetable dish is beautiful and good with any meat.
20 ounces frozen petit peas
1/4 cup butter
4 ounce can black pitted olives, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced pimentos
salt and pepper
Cooking
Instructions
Saute celery in butter for 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and small amount of water. Cover and heat until peas are just hot. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8.
