Melt butter in a large skillet and add onion and celery, saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Add garlic, sage, salt and red pepper, and saute for 5 minutes. Add bread and brown slightly. If desired, add oysters, and spoon mixture into a large baking dish or stuff a turkey. If cooking in a baking dish, add broth. Cook turkey or bake 30 minutes, covered, then 30 minutes uncovered in casserole. Serves 16.
