Hard-Boiled Eggs with Smoked Salmon
This recipe calls for soft-boiled eggs, but eggs should be hard-boiled if they are to be served later. They're delicious with Coeur d'Alene Cellars Chardonnay.
soft-boiled Eggs
smoked salmon
sour cream
chives, cut in 1-inch pieces
capers (optional)

Instructions
Soft or hard-boil eggs, cool, peel, and cut in half. Top with a strip of smoked salmon, a dollop of sour cream, a small piece of chive and caper, if desired. Chill until serving.
