Our 2014 No. 6 Red was created to be enjoyed every day! Fermented in small batches and aged in French and American oak for 15 months to ensure structure and elegance. Hints of violets, red berry fruit, ripe cherry and soft oak are present on the nose. Smooth tannins rounds off the mouth feel and adds viscosity. A fair amount of acidity brings balance to the palate and makes it a great food wine!

  • Vineyard Notes

Expressive and floral Malbec from Olsen and Rosebud Vineyard makes up the base for our 2014 No. 6 Red. Spicy and peppery notes from Stillwater Creek Syrah, alongside ripe, red berry fruits from Lonesome Springs  and Rosebud Cabernet Sauvignon integrate well together and ensure depth and complexity on the palate. Dark, ripe fruit characteristics from McKinley Springs Merlot and herbal, earthy notes from the Olsen Petit Verdot compliments this intriguing blend even more!
