Our 2015 Chenin Blanc comes from some of the oldest vines at McKinley Springs Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. It was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fruit characteristics of this uncommon varietal. This wine has a strong mineral and floral element on the nose, leading up to ripe, balanced fruit on the palate. Lots of bright acidity makes this wine great for aging and exciting for food pairings. Fragrant Viognier also from McKinley Springs helps round out this unique wine.

  • Vineyard Notes

The expressive terroir of McKinley Springs adds a beautiful floral and distinct herbal note to this wine. The Chenin Blanc block from which we receive our grapes was one of the first in Washington planted to this interesting and versatile variety. Viognier which was also sourced from McKinley provides additional tropical fruit and floral aromas to this crowd-pleasing white.
