Reserve the Entire Winery for a Fully Private Wedding - $3,000

• Use of the North Lawn, Crush Pad/Vineyard Lawn, or Patio for the reception

• Assistance with repositioning of chairs from ceremony to reception area

 

 

The only additional costs you may need to consider when budgeting for your ceremony and reception are the following:

• Furniture & Rentals; we can provide seating for 50 people in black-wicker chairs and we have 6-foot, rectangular tables with black table cloths available. You may choose to rent furniture if you have more than 50 guests or if you want to use a different color scheme. We have a covered patio space that may be used as a dance floor unless you would like to rent a dance floor. For parties of 75 guests or more, we urge you to consider renting portable bathrooms. There is an $800 fee to have us convert our indoor Tank Room to use for the wedding in case of increment weather. We require a 36 hour notice if you would like to use the Tank Room. We encourage you to get a quote on a tent to use outside in case of increment weather. You are responsible for setting up and breaking down any rented furniture and decor. For safety reasons, decor my not be hung higher than 6 feet unless you have a professional event rental company hang it and take it down.

 

• Catering & Cake; you are welcome to bring in any licensed cater for dinner, appetizers, or dessert at the wedding. I have enjoyed working with Tim at Mangia in the past if you need a local recommendation for catering.

 

• PA System; we have a PA system that you can rent for $75/night. Most clients hire a DJ who provides a PA system as part of their fee.  Live music is also a great option.  We work with a number of local musicians and we would be happy to give you our recommendations.

 

• Drinks; you may choose to host the bar or to have your guests purchase their own beverages. We can provide wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Spirts are strictly prohibited on the grounds.

 

• Flowers, Center Pieces & Decor; most guests choose to decorate for weddings. We can provide wine barrels as cocktail tables (3) or stacked as a wall (15). 

 

 

How to reserve your wedding at Coeur d’Alene Cellars:

In order to hold a date for your wedding on our calendar, we will need to collect a $1000 non-refundable deposit that will apply to your facility fee. We are able to accept check, cash, or card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER) for this. We are happy to process your credit card payment electronically (phone or email). We do not have any restrictions on the day of the week you select for your wedding. We allow a maximum of 10 weddings at our Winery per year.
