GOAT CHEESE AND HERB DIP

Chopped edible flowers add color to this dip.  Wonderful paired with Coeur d'Alene Cellars No. 6 White.

8 ounces soft fresh goat cheese, room temperature
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley

​1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
garlic salt
pepper

Blend goat cheese, oil, and yogurt in food processor until smooth.  Transfer to a small bowl and stir in all herbs.  Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.  May be made 1 to 2 days ahead.  (Bon Appetit)
